Shuen is a Senior Associate at Wallbrook’s London office, working in the Human Rights practice, where she supports clients operating in complex jurisdictions with human rights and supply chain due diligence, as well as impact assessments.

Prior to joining, Shuen was a Senior Executive Coordinator at Amnesty International where she managed the Secretary General’s special projects and facilitated high-level strategic decision making. Shuen also has extensive experience in strategic communications from roles at leading international human rights organisations such as Human Rights Watch and Accountability Counsel, where she developed media campaigns and produced communication materials on a range of global human rights issues.

Shuen holds a master’s degree in Human Rights Studies from Columbia University, with a concentration in women’s rights, and a bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from The University of Manchester.

Shuen speaks English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
