Olga is an Analyst in Anthesis’ Human Rights practice, where she specializes in human rights due diligence, impact assessments, and other on-the-ground investigations.

Before joining Anthesis, Olga worked for Amnesty International’s largest campaign featuring ten human rights defenders from around the world. She investigated severe human rights violations related to the freedom of expression, gender inequality and inadequate action against climate, and called on national authorities to deliver justice. Olga particularly focused on the restricted access to freedom of assembly and association in the Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Olga is a qualified lawyer in the European Union, and has worked at a law firm in Cyprus where she performed due diligence exercises on high-profile companies and investigated the regulatory compliance of enterprises to corporate legal standards. As part of the Corporate Litigation team, Olga has handled cases involving complex contract breaches and wrongful termination of employment.

Olga holds a master's degree in Human Rights Law (LLM) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a first-class bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Warwick. During her studies, she conducted in-depth research on gender biases within the global health system and the legal protections of children’s rights.

In addition to her native Greek, Olga speaks Spanish, Portuguese and conversational French and Italian.
