Lydia Wells is a Senior Analyst in Wallbrook's New York office, where she specialises in ESG due diligence, the ESG-related regulatory environment in the US and global sustainability disclosure frameworks, including UN PRI, CDP and GRESB. Lydia leads the development of Wallbrook’s workplace culture assessments.

Prior to joining Wallbrook, Lydia worked as a qualitative researcher at Rice University, focusing on climate, human rights and refugee policy in the MENA region. She began her career in development consulting for various non-profits and social impact enterprises. Lydia has lived and studied in countries across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and East Asia.

Lydia holds a summa cum laude bachelor's degree in International Studies and Arabic from Texas A&M University and a Master's degree in Global Affairs with a focus on sustainable development in the Middle East from Rice University.
