Eleonore is a Partner and heads Wallbrook’s Swiss operations from Zurich. She works closely with banks, private equity firms, private wealth managers and corporates to support them in pre-transactional and third-party due diligence, regulatory compliance and market entry matters. Eleonore also advises senior executives, legal counsels and compliance officers in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Prior to Wallbrook, Eleonore worked in the Due Diligence and Strategic Research division of Stroz Friedberg between 2014 and 2018. Having joined the firm in London, she later set up Stroz Friedberg’s due diligence practice in Switzerland. During this period, she also worked on a New York Department of Financial Services-mandated monitorship of a global banking group. She focused on the institution’s anti-money laundering and sanctions regulations with an emphasis on reviewing the bank’s compliance technology tools.

Prior to joining Stroz Friedberg, Eleonore worked at two risk consultancies in London. At the first, she conducted corporate investigative research to produce due diligence and asset tracing reports. At the second, she supported sub-Saharan African research and business development efforts in London.

Eleonore holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Italian from the University of Edinburgh and a Master’s degree in sub-Saharan African Politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies. She speaks Italian and German alongside her native French and English.
