Anasuya Sanyal is a Director in Wallbrook’s Hong Kong office, where she focuses on enhanced due diligence and business intelligence across the Asia Pacific region.

Anasuya has a decade of experience assisting clients from financial services to private equity and leading corporates. Her assignments have included investigative due diligence, business intelligence, whistleblower allegations and investigative interviews.

Prior to joining Wallbrook, Anasuya worked with a global consulting firm in three of its Asia Pacific offices over seven years, where she focused on multi jurisdictional projects finding and assessing reputational, integrity and regulatory risks. In her different roles at the firm, she ran the South Asia business intelligence practice and later a team of consultants focusing on South Korea. She began her career as a broadcast journalist and on-air foreign correspondent.

Anasuya holds a bachelor’s degree in comparative literature from Smith College, a master’s degree in the same subject from Dartmouth College and a certification in broadcast production from New York University.

She speaks French, Italian and Bengali and is a speaker coach for TEDxTinHauWomen, an independently organised local TED event.
